We are still in the process of trying to figure out what caused the failure with Whitetail Exchange tonight (October 5th). Any auctions that ended after 9:55pm eastern time will be restored and sold on October 12, 2011. All bids that were placed up to that point will be restored if possible.
We will personally contact anyone that either sold an item that ended after 9:55 or got an email that says they were the successful buyer of an item that ended after 9:55pm and explain the problem.
We will make every effort to make sure everyone, both buyers and sellers are satisfied with Whitetail Exchange. We are sincerely sorry for any problems this may have caused anyone.
