Would like to visit a tx or ok farm

I'm starting a small deer farm in Ottawa ks. So I'd love to see a established farm that might answer a few questions and maybe save me from making a costly mistake in the future. I'm in waco tx and will be heading back north on sunday. If anyone had an hour or so to show off to my family and I. I will Probably be heading straight up I-35.
