Congratulations to Chad Nolte from Minnesota, he was the winner of the X-Factor semen with a guess of 541 3/8. X-Factor was scored at 541 2/8. Wow, I suck at this as I was at least over by forty+ inches. It was fun waiting so now I guess to see if BIG RIG is the new world record @ 2yrs old? Congrats to the winner. I guess ill use my best spike for live breeding this year since all my money for semen went towards internet just to keep tabs on this contest!
Where do I start?! Thank you Wayne and Russ! I can't believe that I was lucky enough to win a straw of X-Factor!! This is truly a turning point in my breeding program! I never in my wildest dreams could imagine that I would be breeding to one of the biggest whitetails on planet earth!! I have only been deer farming since '07 and this is shaping up to be the best year yet! Sometimes in life a person needs to catch a lucky break to really hit it big and be successful, this could be it.

Jason: I know you guys in Louisanna are growing some great deer too. I'm sure you're not short on nice bucks for breeding either. Keep your eye on the Rocky buck we have, he may get to 500 inches. Thanks to you and everyone else for being a part of the contest. We'll have to do it again next year.
