I do not freeze once I have mixed it. I have used it after it was in the frig for a couple weeks and it has worked good. I normally don't mix unless I am going to use it but that is not always the case. I normally store the rest in the fridge.

We've had it frozen, refrigerated and room temperature- sometimes for a couple months- and have never had a problem. I would encourage you to use sterile needles when you draw from the bottle, which should help prevent any problems.
Good idea Jeff, and I would also suggest Wright Deer to clean the top with alcohol before sticking the bottle.
