poppy **** sick people we love the deer more than they do you think we want dying deer or sick deer wow they might be the ones sick T&S

Sam should submit his letter as an editorial! There is a place at the bottom of the page. We should bombard them with then. The more and more I read this crap the more and more I like uncle Ted lol

More of the same old BS.  Lies, lies. lies.

Brad, you guys in Missouri need to respond in the comments or editorial rebuttals to the writer.

Gary

I did all ready on the MDC FB page. If I see something on there, I reply ASAP so anyone leaving comments will see it. The problem I run into with newspapers is I want it short enough that they might use some of their newspaper space to print it, but I have too much to say. It is hard to find a happy medium. I know another article will be coming out from the AP. The writer called me yesterday. From his previous article, he is not against us and seems to print both sides of the story. He noticed the letters to the governor to veto outnumber us 5 to 1. If anyone has time, feel free to send a letter to even out the numbers. He said he might use some of my letter in his article. We will see how selective he is. He liked the part where I said my kindergarten son wants to be a deer farmer when he grows up, do not take that opportunity away from him. He also spoke with Sam.

I sent a 4 page letter to your Governor .   I had a lot to say too!  LOL

There was a comment by Kelly.... in the comment section of this article.  Good facts, done well.

We are working on it with the PR group....I will do whatever they think is best....seems this one is over the top and could be grounds for a defamation law suit.

Good to know Sam. It was one thing for someone to write it, it is worse for a paper to print it, and unacceptable for the MDC to support.

Brad,  Steve Jones , from NoMoCWD.org., is commenting on this article.  Give him a bad time.  I did.

A law suit is exactly what is needed!

Steve Jones is at it again!  His comments of Keith Warren's sponsors are a little over the top!  Newport Labs. and DNA Solutions should take him to task over this!!!  He made these comments on a public site.  Record Rack should quote him in their adds. LOL  Being an outdoor writer, that he boasts about, he needs to be a little more diplomatic in his wordings.

Warren has all the credibility of a carnival barker. Here's his sponsors:

Beem Fence Company (high-fence for facilities)

Bruton Easy Pull Trailers (for hauling captive deer)

Deer Guardian Misting System (for watering captive deer)

Game Management Software (for monitoring and scoring captive deer)

North American Deer Farmers Association (enough said)
0000ffRecord Rack Deer Feed (for growing mutant-sized racks on captive deer)

Whitetail Sales and Service (for selling captive deer)
Newport Laboratories (for genetically mutating captive deer)

BuckBreeders.Com (for online registration of captive deer)
DNA Solutions (for genetically mutating captive deer)

North American Deer Registry (for registration of captive deer)

Pneu-Dart (for tranquilizing captive deer)

Shock Effect Probiotics (antler supplement for captive deer)
Keith Warren’s Texas Hidden Springs Ranch (his captive deer killing preserve)

And don't kid yourself about the Missouri Legislature. They didn't actually listen to both sides. I doubt they really listened to either side. They just recognized an opportunity to take a shot at the MDC and seized it. It's their favorite thing and you were just a convenient excuse.

Its only going to more prevalent until everyone stands up and fights. All this BS has been introduced into  court as facts as well by the antis.  We are doing something about it, you can to by helping file an amicus brief to bring the facts out.  If you've had enough join the fight on the "Here's your chance" thread on members only.

Found this,  it was written in 1908.  Interesting comments.

That article is total crap. Deer farmers transport deer all over the place so thats why CWD is spreading. Such BULL!

It's spreading because wild cervids are not being tested. People are transporting carcasses across state lines and disposing of their carcasses in their local ditch.

It's time to tell the truth. You just can't teacg stupid. We need to concentrate on those that aren't agenda driven.

During just gun season in IL. you should see all the deer that go across state lines in the back of trucks. They are taking them all over the country.

I have been one of those to take deer from Illinois to pa. I hunted a state park and the wardens where there checking people. One asked where I was headed after I killed a buck and doe. I told him pa, he told me, have a safe trip
