You must drive with caution on this county road

I noticed that too. The road looks more like a driveway than a county road. It appears to be a piece of plywood. Could be what they used to cover an electric line to a house or cabin.
 
I dont think you'd need a fence. Looks to me that it has to be carried everywhere it goes. Since the legs look like they are in the same position in both pics I believe he is stuffed. Great pics and great idea though. If it is real, it's got to be a 4 wheeler trail. LOL who knows???
 
Ok my guess is it is a path for quads....but that is a big moose . Seeing one on a hard surface always makes them look larger too just like when I mow my pens from belly high to four inches my deer look twice as big. Jim
 
I got an email a few months ago with those pics in it. I'm not sure if it is real or not.

Once while up in Anchorage Alaska on layover when I was still flying we would see them walking through town. Once we were stopped at a stop light and one walked past the van so close that I reached out and my finger tips brushed it as it walked past. It was pretty cool! But it wasn't nearly as big as this one appears to be.
 
It may be photshopped, but I don't think it's stuffed. If you were full body mounting something that big, I think you'd have all four legs on the ground :)
