    feeding does/bred does

OK, I have read that it is an average of 3 pounds of feed per deer per day. Plus hay and any other browse you want to feed them. Now my question is, is that all given at once, say first thing in the morning, or break it up to 2 or more times a day? I know fawns are fed a lot more times a day.

I was wondering what size boxes most farmers use to keep their fawns in that they are bottle feeding. Also, what about ventilation, straw, pine shavings, cedar shavings etc.. in bottom of these boxes. My boxes will be made from plywood and kept in a portable building. Thanks in advance. Jeff
