What's the best way to boost antler growth WITHOUT the stuff you buy in a can. If there even is a way?

Now that most bucks have shed their antlers, I'm curious to see what you feel is an "average" or "respectable" increase in antler growth, (in inches) not including spread, from 2 yrs to 3 yrs, and 3 yrs to 4 yrs?

Just noticed this growth today on a doe. Thought she was growing a pair... Hanging from where her nipple should be. She's eating/drinking and acting normal. What should I do? I think the pictures show it clearly. In Mex so won't be fawning for another month or so.

This is our first year to raise deer, my doe's & my buck have these growths on them. They look like huge tick or a mole. They are different sizes from dime size to golf ball size. Does anyone know what it might be &to what I need to do for it.

I have a one year old buck with a growth right behind his shoulder. It looks like a wart about as big around as a quarter and sticks out about an inch. Is this something to be concerned about? It does not appear to bother him.

Here are a few pictures. This summer he had a small wound in the spot where the antler grew. Will this shed off or not? Should it just be left alone? If I cut it off will it possible break at the skull? Thanks Jeff
