We have started to birth from our LAP AI program. Three does have birthed so far and we have five females and two male fawns.
I did get two cream doe fawns this year which we are very happy to have. I'll take a picture of the cream fawns and put up later today.
Here are pictures of the sire's we used that we are getting fawns from.

l got the best Fathers Day surprise today. When we were doing LAP AI last fall we found one last straw of Excalibur and put it in his daughter. About 25 days later I saw the back up buck Kiabab Ranger breeding her so was quite bummed on that.
Today she had two buck fawns which figures in the range for LAP AI. We will DNA the fawns just for sure. If it was from the back up birth would have been 181 days so not likely.
Here is a picture of Exalibur who scored 280 SCI and was 38 inch's wide. My opinion of Excalibur is he is the Maxbo of the mule deer industry. He is the sire of Patrone, Padrino, Excalibur JR, George and many other fine bucks
Happy Fathers Day to all you fathers whether fawn or family.

Nice Jack! Ai was a bust for us this year. Missed on all Mulie breedings. Not sure what went down, Bad Cidrs. bad Pmsg. Not sure but this was the first year i could not buy my stuff from you and just dumped the semen on the ground i guess. lol Sucks for sure!

Mike,
Sorry to hear you didn't do well with AI. I thought I had three from LAP AI that didn't take but now it is only two does. One doe has consistently taken to AI so was surprised to see she didn't take.
My guy who did get the PMSG for me for over 25 years was out here in Nov and I'm sorry to say he was taken from cancer about a month later. Rest in peace my friend.

Just a update on Lancelot who was a son of Excalibur for those who used him for AI. A client had him DNA"D and his number is NADR# 229138
Here is a picture of him.

We had a set of twins born this evening from a Maximo daughter which was LAP AI'd to Patrone. They had a boy and a girl fawn. We should have some very nice bucks raised from these mating's. I'm very excited about mule deer as you can see. Thanks for looking.
Here is a picture of Maximo and Patrone.
