Cool pic, I just seen that yesterday on a hunting forum as well. I wonder if the bite broke his leg, it looks like a nasty bite.

I was trapping once in a river bottom and when I checked a trap set for fox , I found only the whole area torn up and smelling terrible of skunk. The trap had only a skunks foot in it and off to the side was the skunk ....full of holes and torn to pieces. A rutting buck decided to confront the skunk and it could not retreat and took a real beating. Hope no one shot that deer too soon after that. Jim
