This is a 2 year old that we are excited about. He isn't out of the high $$ genetics that everyone else is posting on this thread, but we are extremely happy and excited to see what he will turn out to be this fall.

We did breed some does with him last fall even though he wasn't the biggest scoring yearling we had because his body is huge. His fawns were all big/thick bodied fawns and are hoping to breed for body size in our shooter bucks along with great typical antlers.

Our bucks are really slow here as they are every year around here, but they will really start growing when the weather finally turns around. Been rainy and not too warm around here for the last couple of weeks.

Susan,

Your bucks look great!! When our hunters shoot one of your bucks that you raise, first question they ask is what is the score, second question how heavy is he. Never have I have they asked what is the pedigree. You should be proud of your bucks great looking 2 year olds.

I second that motion that the weather here in MN is 20 degrees below normal and it seems like it has rained every day in June. That two year old looks great Susan for a MN deer trying to grow bone in this damp, cold weather. It is raining again right now. We have easily had double the amount of rain in June than we had for the whole month of May. I have also noticed that there are not many pictures coming in on this thread from WI. Probably due to this April weather pattern and fawn duties.

Thanks Joe and Scott....appreciate your comments!!

Can you believe this weather and totally agree with you that our bucks in the midwest here are just way behind everyone else.

Where is the sun????

Don't know about king kong. I figure he won't be much after getting shot. I heard say it ain't so is big!! Heavier mass with a little cleaner look. Word I'd free agent is bigger also. Just what iv heard

Hey Bruce judging by the long hair on Bob I need to move to pa quick! I can't believe that! Its 98* degrees here today with 106*degree heat index! Its a wonder that we can grow a 200 incher in this heat!

160goldstar I don't know about you but I have three does that would mix real good with Primetime.

Reggie/Bucky/Highroller/Govenor

Buckster/Bucky/Highroller/Govenor

DoubleDown/Reggie

He is definitely on our dream list.

Hello Paul,

I don't own Primetime. I just posted the website link. I have some does too that would cross well with Primetime. He is going to be one huge deer!!!
