I'm having a problem with fawns losing hair. Started out with bumps on ears and nose. Looks like elephant skin.

I would give them an antibiotic,if there not bottle fed, you can dart them with draxin.probably only a half cc.that dose should last 12 days, you should see a difference by then...if the does are showing any signs of hair loss, the fawns are probably getting it from them. What feed are you using? it may lack proper nutrition?

there on the same feed they have been on for four years 15 other fawns in the pen have no problem

I wouldn't...

Like I said if it were sick before it could already be better or getting better ...Is it acting sick?

Every once in a while you will get a fawn get those bumps, but they last a very short time and are gone.

Maybe the other deer or fawns are pulling the hair out of him/her. I had that happen once, they find a weakling and pick on it uncontrollably. Keep an out out for any hair pulling.
