x-Factor looks good.Just getting on here .There are a lot of good bucks this year. Harold should be getting the dna back on his yearling. He is out of a doe that was AI to Marty-Graw and backed up to Prentice.I will also be looking for some fancy bucks with

24 plus inside spread with big frames for the hunting ranch.

Speaking of Prentice....how is he doing this year Mark? Would love to see some pictures of him and Sky High and of course Pretty Boy Floyd.

Gangster would be another Marty Graw son that I would like to see this year.....Steve?

I went to Marks place last night ....Everybody knows each year we grow bigger and bigger deer... and there are big bucks everywhere now so its harder each year to get impressed with a pen full of bucks...however when Mark took me for a ride lastnight. I was more than impressed I was beside myself.....never before have I seen so many big bucks in one place...im talking MULTIPLE yearlings 200 to 250+....MULTIPLE 2 yr old 300+...and 250 to 300"+ 3 and 4 yr olds eating treats everywhere you looked...and then the cherry on top came last ....Free Agent standing 2 feet away all I could say was WOW....the deer is truly Huge.... Much Much bigger than last year....Mark doesnt get on here and talk about his deer so I thought I should say something...I was truly impressed last night ....it was the most impressive farm tour I've ever taken ....Keep up the crazy good work Mark.

I almost forgot one thing that truly impressed me at Marks lastnight other than the most big deer ive ever seen...and Free Agent the single biggest deer I have ever seen...Mark Has a set of triplets out of SI that I cant even describe...ppl have talked before about the largest set of twin bucks ...but like Mark likes to do he set another record ...(atleast to my knowledge)...Mark showed me a set of TRIPLETS yes triplets...that I Think will average over 300"s ...yes im talking about approx 850 to 900"+ of bone out of 1 doe in 1 year with 3 buck fawns ....does anyone know of a set of triplets that big?..... and they all 3 are dog tame ....truly awesome ...

Here is Rebel X he is a 2 year old Rolex son out of a Loner doe.We will be offering semen for the first time this year we might also offer a few live breedings. With the proven breeding behind him he should produce well

Jim-

That is a very good cross on that buck, just so happens that my 2 yr old out of Double Down named DownRange has a mother that is a full sister to OK Ranger. Looks like DownRange will go over 300" this year and is really pretty. I really like the Cardinal / Charlie crosses and think there is nothing but frame there. Great deer and congrats!

You arent just a kidding, Maxbo Ranger produces great frames as do the cardinal/charlie does. We have a great bunch of yearlings out of OJ Ranger, one of which we will breed with this year. Many to choose from. We are really excited to see the OK yearling next year!

Here are some pics taken Aug 18 2010. He is getting close to being done but still is growing on some of the tips.

A couple of locals who I trust in their ability to score deer on the hoof were here last night. One of them estimates Updraft at 302" and the other estimates him at 310"

Please take note that these scores are purely estimates.

Updraft is 3 years old.

Thanks for looking!:)

Roger, I think he will be lucky to 200 and he is really lite on the mass and tine length.

Roger,

I did a quick picture estimate and also come up with about 301 to 305. What a nice buck.

Yep Virgil, he is lite on mass and tine length that is for sure. Why would anyone breed with a buck with 12"+ brows:eek:

Thanks for your estimate Jack. I hope you and the guys are correct.

Now I wish he would stop laying next to the fence. About 2 hours ago he had me all panicked. I looked out once and he had his head on the ground which is normal for him these days. Then I glanced out the window again a few minutes later and he was struggling for a moment to get his flyer out of the wire:(

Talk about making a guys heart stop!
