His knees are messes up!!
They appear swollen and in the second picture it looks hyperextended.
In the Third picture the doe appears to have a Roman nose.

How can you tell they're midget deer and not just regular deer with strep or some other form of joint malfunction? They looked like they skipped the Lincomycin line to me.
