OK, so its July and the big boys start to come out of the wood work. Time for a new antler thread. To start it out with a bang here he is REED. Ask and yeah shall receive. I was holding out as a courtesy to the Sudden Impact thread as he deserves some respect, SI is a great deer.

OK, so the mystery buck is named Rolex Time Bomb. He is a 2 year old direct Rolex son out of a Dean Borntragger Eagle/Bambi doe! Double High Rollers mother! He is showing 85-90 points already!!! He grew 6 new points in the last 3 days... This one is going to score serious. He reminds me of Sundance on steroids. Walk Brothers Whitetails has purchased this buck from Valley View Whitetails (Jake Glick). Yes, he was a best keep secret for awhile. There will be a very limited amount of semen sold and that list is started. First come first serve as always. Probably 25 straws for 2009. The price will be set in a week or so but it will be important to be on the semen list in order to get a crack at it. Last year I posted pictures of Rolls Royce my other Rolex son and he was sold out in 10 hours... So what do you guys think for score? I'm pretty excited about this one. I keep thinking if he adds only an average of 1" on each point that's 85-90''!:D I asked Jake what he thought Time Bomb would score and when I said 350", he smiled and said you better keep going.;) For anyone interested in breeding Rolex Time Bomb this year give me a call. (814)330-6861. Its going to be a lot of buck for a fair price. Thanks Russ Jr

I saw a picture of a Yearling today that will blow everyones mind. He is bred right too. In my opinion this yearling could be the biggest clean typical the industry has ever seen. From the picture I saw, he looked like he would finish out as a CLEAN 6x6 and is about 18-20 inches wide. His tines were still growing but were fat and didn't even look close to finishing. The deer is in Missouri and I promised not to post the picture or tell who owned him. I have no idea why, because i would be showing pictures to everyone. Keeping with my promise, i didn't. He said he wanted to "Show Me" the picture.

I knew you could do it! Awesome deer-points and frame. I think you could breed Rolex to a Llama and get a good buck.

Hey speaking of huge typicals, has anyone seen pretty boy floyd? I can't take hiding all of these mega bucks. If i had one id be showing the world. Heck if I had a 200" buck id be showing everyone.lol

My phone has been going nonstop since about 9 this morning.I do have a yearling that like all the other bucks just really started coming on in the past few weeks, truth is my computer got hit by lightning in the storms last week and I am on my sons laptop while our tower is being repaired and I am not good enough to load a picture onto this computer. The picture that I sent to a few friends yesterday was on the cellphone and is horrible quality. If someone wants to post it its OK with me,if they know how to do it. Its not that Im keeping him a secret. About 3 weeks ago I noticed he might be something special and he has grown like smoke since. I named him Redline. His sire is Hydro-Axe and his dam is a BW Highracker doe X a Master daughter. BW Highracker is a half brother to Sundowner (both sons of BW Sunny). I feel blessed to have this yearling on my place, now to keep him healthy and going good. This deer puts his head down to eat and doesn't stop all day, I have never seen anything like it. He is far from done growing. I promise some quality pics in the next few days. Don't think this is commonplace for me, I have been breeding with what I believe to be some of the best genetics in the world for 13 or 14 years and this is my passion, just like most of you, I have invested our life savings into this thing and spent all of my spare time pursuing something that means alot to me, while I have grown some good bucks and established a quality doe herd, I have watched others grow the really big boys. I have cheered them all the way and bred with thier bucks when I thought the buck was right for my gameplan. Could it be that I am getting my turn? Time will tell what he will becomes. To tell you the truth I am nervous as I can be right now and don' t know why! Darren

Hey Walk Brotha's, Do you think us bunch of rednecks can sweet talk you into alittle "guessing game"??????????

I see RDM Whitetails has some pics posted in thier picture albums.

Here is Timberjack on July 1. We counted 61 points so far. He has 3 big drops on his right and 2 on his left. Most of them are splitting. I'll post pictures again on July 15th. :D

If he looks 1/2 as good in person as he does on the phone...WOW!

I was trying not to tell anybody.
