Thanks for posting the measurements. I would think that Big Guy doe could be bred to just about anything and produce!

Here is the buck I started this thread off with. Got some measurements for Kevin's sale. He scored 198. 21+inside 26+beams. One of the Biggest 4x5's we have ever raised. Hopefully he will make a great ranch buck for someone.

We have tried hard to make some really great looking bucks. Some end up being big non's and others cleaner bucks like this guy. Good to have a mix of both I think.

Double Down/Mad Max son@3-Two bone hogs= one mostly typical stocker:D

Yep that is what I meant to say......LOL.......I honestly think he would score more than 198".........he is a really nice looking buck............he has good mass the whole way through.......

Great looking typicals everybody. Big typicals are hard to find these days. We are Really proud of our No Limit buck. He's the biggest typical we have grown so far.

Thanks Dennis We have been trying to create some monster typicals and No Limits mother has thrown some good ones for us. She's HR-10 our super doe which is a HighRoller daughter and 3/4 sister to gladiators mom on grandsire.

Dennis,

I promise the tape does not lie. :)He may be an inch or two either way but that is what a high 190's clean buck looks like. It is very hard to get them big when they are clean. His only extras that I scored was the split g2 and the two 1-2inch stickers on the right side up on the tines. I did not measure the split on the right G1 or the little inside point.

So I guess he is over 190 as a nine point, works for me.

I hear ya Josh Extra Gold is big wide and clean and like you said it's hard to get over 200....we have not scored him yet but I am being told by the person that feeds him every night he should go over 200 inches this year.....hope to have some pics up very soon o him......

Great buck Josh, and J 5 Ranch that is a beautiful buck.

Dennis i was seriously about to PM you soon and ask about Extra Gold pics. I have been looking forward to seeing him.

With all the big "scores" it's always surprising to see what a 190" - 200" typical frame looks like... HUGE!!! Nice Josh.

Eldon, he looks really good. Almost perfect slick. How wide is he? He looks to be about 20" or so wide.

Anyone ever hear of a 6 point buck contest in there local town? I am wondering if anyone has pictures of some huge 6 points? I will see if I can get a picture from one of my friends. He found a dead one on his free range TX range that was unreal. I think it scored around 150-160.
