Thought I would start a new thread and see what everybody elses buck fawns are looking like. These are Tombstone fawns. I am pretty excited about them. I personally have never had a buck fawn with knots this big in August. It is usually late December before have anything like this. Does any one else have some nice buck fawns for us to look at.

They look great, definately something to be excited about next year. I have a few nice ones already this year, with very obvious buttons, but nothing quite like that yet.

This is twin buck fawns out of TOMBSTONE that I posted earlier. They seem to be growing very fast. I would like some honest opinions of these fawns. I have never had fawns this big this early with knots quite like these. What do yall think????

Thanks Randy, I hope they turn into something one day. They have a huge body for sure. I dont know how there antlers will turn out, but I am pretty sure thier body can tote them around next year. I really wanted to post them now as fawns because when the are a yearling nobody would believe me because of thier body size. Thanks again

I think you have some keepers there Chris. keep up the good work.

Thanks, They really are unreal to me. I have been feeding them crawfish tails, raw oysters, and tobasco sauce. One of the 3 is working? LOL!! Just kidding.

Thanks for your input.

Thanks Chris I may just have to take you up on that.

Did you get any buck fawns out of those Miken daughters?

What is the dam side of those big fawns?

I think I have one buck fawn out of the Miken does. I havent sent DNA in yet but I am confident I do have one out of Tombstone and Miken doe.

The dam side of the big fawns is out of my original foundation does that I started with. She is DNAd back to her sire and dam but they are not big name deer. They are out of the older MAX Niess line.

Thanks for the input and comments from everybody. We are excited to see what Tombstones first group of yearlings are going to do.
