Thanks Wayne, we are looking forward to next summer now to see what these Buck fawns will do as yearlings. As I said in the earlier post I am glad that I posted pictures of these boys early with spots and every other week or so to see there progress. They have such big bodies already, It will be hard for me or anybody else to believe these boys will only be one year old next May. They may just catch up with Arty's weight someday. I not sure about his horns though, they are pretty big to. I wouldnt want Fred to know that. LOL!

Two years runnin our biggest fawn with the biggest buttons and then hard horn as fawns were not our biggest yearlings. We have some romeo,Tea and Gold bucky boy buck fawns that might give our Bigfoot fawn a run for his money... But your right, It will be fun to watch!!

Well, I put myself in a situation I never have before. I debated on running these twin buck fawns in the barn with rest of the fawns or darting them. After I looked at them again today I decided to dart them and Vaccinate them on the ground and not risk messing up the antler growth they have so far.
This is still very unreal to me,my wife, and my two kids that been involved in our deer farm since we started. We have never ever seen anything like these 2. Every other buck fawn we have looks normal. But not these two. We weighed them both. 223 wieghed in at 110lbs, 245 weighed in at 105lbs. They are twin womb brothers born May 16th 2012. It is still crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris those are the biggest buttons/spikes I have ever seen on a buck fawn.....hope this is a sign of good things to come for you.....awesome fawns........what date were they actually born? Congrats!

WOW, that i probably the world record buck fawn!! Last year i had a buck fawn that was actually a three point, he had a one and a half inch hard antler on one side, the other side split with 2 one inch points, but he was nothing like that, he turned out to be my best yearling.
He damaged has right side just as it started growing. We cut them off yesterday don't know what he scores yet.
