Yearling doe with bad cut on leg!!

Michael,

We did have one at Johns go through the Mamma chute and damaged nearly as bad as Reeds did. we cleaned it up and ran him through 5 days later for more shots and I'll be darned if he didn't do it again. It was the Doc son that I sent you info on. He would reach his leg out just right to tear it up on the front of the chute. This is only the second deer to do this in the chute. I believe the chute could be a little more rounded in the front. Other than that we do not have to many issues with it.

Here you go guys, An update on our cut leg buck. He is doing fine, he barely limps now. Notice the little rack he still put on.

Looks like she will make a full recovery. Maybe a nasty scare, but I didn't think it would every heal half this good.:)

Matt, Lets breed my buck to your doe. We will have they toughest bred line of deer in the world!

I posted the other day on my thread of my buck. He has a spot about the size of a quarter to close, and he is done. He has some scaring, but no limp. Not to mention 11 scorable points, to go with that cut all growing season.

Reed68,

Not sure if my email got sent through. If not, let me know and I'll check in with you,

Thanks
