Two womb fawns x 3 months that keep the scours one got better almost completely solid stool but now back to loose runn stool. thee other is completely liquid.

a month ago before the 2nd fawn got scours again gave tylosin IM 2 times a week apart as well one dose of Zacctrin. This seemed to at least make her feel better for a few days.

treated water with corrid x 2 days as well safe guard pellets and aeromysin top coat on pellets x 4 days. given as much probiotics as i could give for past 3 days. electrolyte pak in water given today. Now have isolated both fawns away from any form of hay and other deer. praying for answers soon!!

Please offer any experiences wit this that any of you may have!

God Bless,

Shanna W.

Have you had them tested? Corrid i believe is a 5 day strong treatment. I would keep them on hay and back off on corn if they are getting any. Keep probiotics on their feed and in their water heavy. You need to rule out coccida and worms first!
