5 year old buck in trouble, please help!

2 1/2 weeks ago, one of my bucks opened a gate and got in the pen with another of my bucks. I came home from work to find them both in the same pen, one with a broken main beam. Got them separated. The one with the broken antler seemed okay with the exception of having been beaten up. No other injuries readily recognizable. Now he has not been eating much, only a few acorns and apples when hand fed. He has a sagging "lump" over his left eye (it was the right antler that was broken). He is very lethargic and is coughing some. I need to know what I can do to help him. Any input is greatly appreciated! He's 5 years old, when I got him, his umbilical cord was still attached.

Thanks, can you recommend a particular type of antibiotic? Dosage? He's not a big buck, probably only around 150 pounds. I felt him as much as I could through the fence and didn't feel any wounds, there was no blood, etc.
