A Letter from Johnny Morris, Owner of Bass Pro

Deerchaser974511410551297

If every deer farmer would start to speak out you would see attitudes change in a hurry. The American public has the lazy disease. This type of stuff can be stopped. We do not have to be ran over by self serving business or politicians.

You can not buy shoes anymore that are made in America. What would happen if people started walking into the stores and asking "do you have American made shoes?" and left when the answer was no. You can bet within weeks they would be making shoes in America. If you don't like the way things are going, stand up and fight!

I do just that when I buy shoes and before I ever get out the door they say wait we will order them for you so then ill ask will you start stocking them if they say yes then I give them a chance but bet your *** if I drop in later for a pair and they dont have them I leave and make sute to tell them why

CABELA's

You have never noticed the QDMA signs displayed in all Cabelas stores as you were in line to check out?? I seen them...told the cashier when they took the sign down I would be back left the merchandise at the register and left. .  As far as I know the signs are still displayed.  I'm sure that me not shopping there has crippled business!! LOL   Oh Well somebody has to be the first to quit ....right?

I will be sure to send an email explaining my disgust with bass pro I'D ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THEY GET ALL OF THERE SCENTS IF NOT FROM CAPTIVE RAISED DEER, ELK, ETC .... Just a complete slap in the face of every American who believes they have property owner right! I'm so disgusted with them I will share with everyone I know!

I'd bet my left arm that Johny Moreofanass and his kid John Paul have hunted on high fence ranches in Texas, Mexico and other places. Heck they probably own one.. What a puke. It amazes me how stupid these people can be biting the hand that feeds them. I outfit 150 pheasant hunters a year and I guarantee every one will here about this.

Deer chaser I to emailed bass pro last night around ten pm and received the same exact email back from them as you which seems to just be some type of auto response

This is kind of funny cause Johnny hunts at Teauge Ranch in Iowa they have a pic of Johnny and his son... Teague Ranch was the owner of Little Boomer II.... Check it out www.teagueranch.com

Just think, he sent a letter to all house people in Missouri, and allowed his letter to be published by local papers.  Do you suppose he cost us more than one vote?

I expect his influence cost us a few votes and I would assume his letter was wrote via request from the MDC.

This whole story needs to hit all the Missouri  papers, ruin this HYPOCRITE a$$hole. There isn't a hunter alive who wouldn't love to have his own island with his own deer to manage for him and his family, friends and yes I'M GONNA SAY CLIENTS. The problem is most people in this country don't have the balls to take any chances and go to the bank, BORROW A BUNCH OF MONEY and try and make something happen. Heck, I'll probably go broke raising deer, but at least I didn't sit in a dam cubicle and suck off of a gov't job(position, not really a job) counting down the days until I retire off of the gov't.. There will always be people who are against any commercial hunting, high fence or no fence and the so called "rich" hunters who do it, but if you offered the same hunt to them for free, they'd all do it.

Message sent.  I told Bass Pro that I was joining a nationwide effort by everyone in the high fence industry to boycott their stores.  Please spread the word to deer farmers and anyone you know that supports private property rights.

They can say what they want but the only thing that really care about is money.  As an industry we need to do all we can to make sure they don't end up with any of ours.

I really hope he gets a pencil whipping and loss of business from every state.  We need to let him know that he has turned his back on farmers, those who own the vast majority of the land that his patrons hunt, not to mention hunters in general.  At a time when our gun rights are under attack, we cannot afford to take the rights of any hunters in this country.

He needs to hear from every state on this issue.

If your a supplier of products to Bass Pro, I would stop selling to them and let them know publicly why you chose to no longer be a vendor.

I don't have that, but I did hear the B and C club is having their big game awards show at Bass Pro's museum in Springfield, MO. I wonder if that had any influence on Johnny writing the letter.
