Hi,

Being a hunter is, Aflatoxins which is being found in the drought stricken corn. effect the meat of deer? and is the toxins transferable from the meat to humans?

If so, is there a way to visual check parts of the deer, (liver, Kidney, or meat) for tall tell signs? And should it be reported to local DNR?

Thanks

Arthur

I cannot say for sure with deer, but with hogs it doesnt effect humans. I wouldnt see any reason to report it to DNR.
