Can anyone tell me what the average antler weight is for a reindeer and how much they are going for right now?
Also the average hanging weight of a butchered reindeer and how much it is commonly sold for?
I know all this varies dramatically depending on meat/antler genetics- and your local meat market... I am just looking for some figures to play with in a hypothetical budget and for my personal knowledge.
