Any suggestions?

I have an almost year and a half old buck that I bottled raised. I noticed a few days ago that he was not getting up as much as he normally would and he seemed kinda stiff in his backend. His tail also wouldn't raise all the way up. The next day his nose started having green discharge and his face looked puffed up. Now he acts like his tongue and throat are swollen, won't eat, and stays in his barn all day except when he gets up to get water. Any suggestions on what I can do to help him?

Is there anything I can do for him? Or could this be pneumonia because his breathing is labored but he's not coughing/sneezing or anything.

I've been giving him some for the past two days... I've noticed when he drinks water he'll stick his head in almost half way up his face. I guess he feels so bad he just doesn't care.

Where are you located, if this is EHD others may want to know where you are at....

I'm in upstate SC. I have him and a doe that are my orphan bottle babies plus goats so I'm just hoping whatever he has doesn't spread... I've never seen anything like this before so I have no clue what to do :(
