Anyone use drill pipe for fence post?

Yea I'm just going to build a few each year I think. It will keep the start up cost a little lower
 
I used 5'' stainless on 3/4 of my pen. I happened to find it when they tore down the local paper mill. Best part of the deal is that it was free.
 
Scrap prices for stainless here are low (about a buck a pound) each post is around 25 lbs. Since I got them for free I used it, because I will never have to replace them. Otherwise I would have scrapped them.

I would of used them too if they were free. I was just sayi g I wouldn't be buying them that was all
