I am wanting to order BAM from ZooPharm. I noticed there are different strengths of active ingredients. I asked my vet to write a script for me but he is not familiar with BAM. My question: What does my vet need to include on the script for BAM? Which reversal med(s)? Thanks, Sam

they have a standardized script form with all the meds in one kit that they can fax or email you or your veterinarian.
