Beginner Deer Farmer’s Seminar

August 5th, 2011, Eldon, MO

This is truly for the “Beginner” deer farmer! Nothing advanced…. Nothing high tech! We will help you understand the “WHY”….. “HOW”…… and everything in between that you ever wanted to know about whitetail deer farming. If you have a friend or an acquaintance that is the least bit intrigued by the idea of raising deer……. This IS the seminar to attend! We have hosted the same kind of event in Florida and Oklahoma with a great turnout at each! Speakers will include Kevin Grace, Collin Briggs & Tim Condict.

Kevin will talk about the “why’s” and his passion of Deer Farming , Tim will be talking about Protecting your “private property” & the “why to” High Fence and Collin will share his first hand knowledge of day in and day out procedures on the farm. This will be followed by an appreciation dinner and farm tours will be available for all that attend! Tours of the Farm will be available.

THIS SEMINAR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and we ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO ATTEND!!!!!

This is MEANT to get some new folks "involved" in the industry! We want all Deer Farmers to come but we just want them to bring a neighbor or friend or relative, anyone who has shown a little bit of interest in getting started but just hasn't "pulled the trigger" yet...... hopefully this will push them over that edge! And the Missouri Association Benefit will begin later that evening and it is only 10 miles away! We want a huge turn out there as well!!!!!

I think in todays economy and gas prices few people from out of state are willing to do alot of traveling. I think the dvd idea is a agreat one. I my self would buy.

We are looking into the possibility of having a DVD made, that may be doable.... BUT..... we really want everyone to enjoy the dinner with us and take a farm tour! We are having it in conjunction with the MO benefit sale so that everyone can kill 2 birds with one stone! For those that bring a guest..... let's hope that turns into a "new" deer farmer and they buy some deer from you! That puts some extra money in your pocket to help pay for the fuel cost!
