I have K-9 dogs Narcotic,Explosion Detection ,and Search and Rescue dogs.
We trained our search and rescue dogs to be afraid of Rattlers, our drug dogs not to grab drugs, our bomb dogs not to move ect....
You can do some of the same things with bear....There are bear scare dogs you can hire unfortunately they would scare your deer, so you need to get creative... I have no idea what you are facing there...Can you hit the side it is coming in from with pepper spray...(not on a windy day or you and your deer will be crying) Can you run electric?
Bear are smart if you can get it to associate your fence with bad things it won't come back ,that being said you have a lot of fence and I don't not if 20 of your buddies are nice/stupid enough to sit out and (scare it) away or what...There has to be ways to do it.
