blood test

How accurate is the blood test?  I'm the only deer farm my vet has and he hasn't heard great things about it so prefers not to do the blood test..

Blood has been awesome from my reports plus only touching the deer once along with doing your yearly inventories at the same time. If i were you i would demand the blood test from your vet. Blood tests have come along way from their rocky start.


 


We have to pay $11.00 per test if only doing TB test, Bruc will add a bit to the price.

Only way to go. Did almost 100 last year with zero false positives

We did the blood test last year and all of our deer tested negative Dr. Rachel Weiss did the testing...

we are doing them in a few weeks

I tested 325 adults in march, zero false positives. I believe the cost is in the 10-12 dollar range.
