I went to feed the does yesterday and noticed one not acting right.The others went to feed ,but the one is not eating or drinking.Tongue appears to be swollen,which does let her close her mouth , and constately dipping her face under water.Lost a buck couple weeks ago for no apparent reason.Fine one evening and dead the next.

Necropsy and the PCR results will tell you. I hope she pulls a through for you. You are admired for raising deer in Arkansas! My brother is a state rep there. If you ever need his help his name is Nate Bell cell (479)234-2092. I know that how Arkansas's DNR is set up and run separate from the legislature makes things very tough. Hang in there.
given the time of year my first guess would be EHD. I'd hit her with Dexamethasome. I use 24mg/ml compounded dex, one ml per day, hand stick or dart. Usually add Draxxin, three ml every other day.
Hit with 3 cc of compounded dex sounds like blue tounge. I always fallow up with 2 cc of dex and 3cc of draxion the next day. We save most.
