..has been going great, Praise the Lord, I am in my 3rd week and i am feeding the most i ever have in my 4 fawning seasons, i have 8 on right now. There is an issue with one however, and guess what, it is my favorite and sweetest one, who would have thought. He has always been a good eater, but despite no change in schedual or milk, scours reared it ugly head yesterday morning and he wouldnt eat. he normally eats 10 oz. 4 times a day no problem, he only took a 1/2 oz. this morning with scours, gave a whole tube of target electromax paste, had no scours at next feeding, it was actually almost pellets but only ate 6 oz. Then had runs again, only ate 6 oz, stimulated him again 3 hours later and it was like water. he is the only one right now. He is not as active or playful anymore, could this possibly be a case of e-coli problems. Still looks perky but I know at this pace he will be dehydrated soon, he just dosnt want to eat. I have tried everything with out shots until tonight, i have given a tube and a half target paste, plus the electromax paste, and tonight i finally gave him Alpha-7 C and D Toxoid, vet gave me a vile the other day for bloating, which this fawn had a little trouble with last week, although he isnt showing bloat he is acting like he is bloated, looks miserable after feeding. Any thoughts. Thanks a lot.
