Buck Fawn stopped eating

I have an 8 week old Buck Fawn that just started refusing the bottle at last night's feeding. I am feeding him 12 ounces 3 times a day of red cap/evaporated goat milk mix. His poop is gel like. No diarrhea. He has always had gel like or runny. He has never had pellets yet. I thought he looked bloated last night so I gave him 5mL of a baking soda/water/vegetable oil mixture. He does not look bloated this morning, but is still refusing the bottle, not eating grass or grain, or taking any treats. He is up and walking around, but does appear a little more lethargic. He is very friendly and usually very excited to see us. Today he just slowly walked up to me and tried sucking on my ear and making bleating noises. I am at a complete lack of ideas on this one. I really appreciate any and all advice. Thank you.

cut his milk back, no grass, give him baby gas drops, Equate or Little Tummys childrens drops.
give him some Pedialyte by bottle. Takes a couple of days for bloat to go away.

I feed my doe fawns 9 oz baby bottle of milk w. pumpkin mixed in, 3 times a day. They are 9 weeks old. I know they would love more, but at 2 weeks old I was dumb enough to let them have more and there came the splashies....
So, they get their 9 oz, and cucumber, squash, zucchini, apple, bread pieces plus deer feed, plus I cut them grass, weeds, twigs. All has been well. Your boy might just be getting too much milk.?
