After many years we have decided to sell our deer breeding operation near Trinity Texas. The Deer pens are only 2.5 acres on just over 100 acres. The goal was to high fence most of it and sell hunts. $1,390,000 for over 100 acres with the house, two lakes,3 pounds(All have FISH of course) And my dear breeding operation with 21 dear. We have large neighbors over 9000 acres and hunting the for native deer Is great .One of the few properties in east Texas that has turkeys as well as ducks,hogs,Bobcats, dove Etc.
