In my book Deer Whisperer I had a one man deer hauling cart . I have had request on size and what to use to make it.  I started with a 3/4 x 4x8 sheet of exterior plywood cut 4x6 and ripped the 2 sides 12 x 72 inches and the bottom  22 or 24 inches wide. With a 24 x 48 inches left I ripped on a 45 angle 3 pieces 3 x 48 for the inside gussets to stabilize the sides. I  rounded the sides front and back and screwed it together. The 3 inch angled pieces were glued and screwed to the bottom and sides. I then cut 3- 4x4 x3/4 hardwood blocks for the axles and one for the bottom pivot. The wheels came from Northern Tools part # 155121-2451- 20 inch tires rated 150 pounds each.  Three 3/4 inch black pipe 24 inches ,one 90 elbow and one cap on the handle. Carriage bolts for the axle and pipe handle. I have used this for hauling deer for over 15 years  while I worked by myself but a extra hand is always handy. Works good for hauling hay or feed bags also. Make sure you center the bottom pipe so it clears the front corner. The wheels can be set 1/3 rd. or 1/4 back from the rear depending how much weight you want on the handle.                     Deer Whisperer
