How many Deer farmers out there buy a deer hunting lic. I'm kinda confused as to why BUY a piece of paper to shoot our deer we own as tax payers. Not trying to stir the pot!!! Just curious ?!? With a smile. Charlie.

I agree Charlie.....but then again why do we have to pay for a drivers license to drive on our roads we own as tax payers.........it's all rediculious........but as we all know if you don't and get caught you just end up donating more through the fine you will get .......they got us where they want us.......
But dd at least your state takes care of your roads what does the DNR do for your wild herd?( at least the state workers pick up the car kills on the roads DNR doesn't even do that) . Charlie.

Hunters that come to hunt on our high fenced property do not need a hunting license. We are not subject to the public hunting season timeframes. If we are hunting outside the fence of course we need a license.
Sorry should have said to hunt outside high fence, wild deer herd. I just have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to the DNR! I have always followed the rules,fishing lic. Hunting lic. Boat lic. ATV lic. Fish house lic. Spearing lic. Pheasant stamp Duck stamps I pick up trash in our ditches/frigs./couches /you name it i have picked these nasty things up! I'm not looking for an award or nothing else, maybe just a little respect when it comes to the DNR! Maybe I'm way off base..... Sorry for the rant probably not a good time to bring up such a petty thing but I'm feeling a little pi..ed on. Charlie.

I bought my lifetime license bout 14 yrs ago, so the DNR will never get another dime out of me when it comes to hunting.
