Doe fighting

I introduced a new doe to my heard recently.
She has been getting beat up by other doe with there hooves, kicking each other. Leaving bad srapes around neck area. Slices of fur missing, from others swiping there hooves at her? Any suggestions?

If you have a separate pen with last year's doe fawns put her in there. Or last years buck fawns.
As a long term fix separate out about two or three other does also. Leave them in a pen for a month or so. Then reintroduce all your adult does together. That should fix things.
In the future try to add more than one doe to a herd.

Thanks, Will the wounds be ok? There was no blood, just patches of fur missing with pink skin exposed.
