If they are born tiny , we wait like a week ...we dont want its ear hanging down.We use orange goat tags (200 to 215 days ) on our a.i fawns and then switch to blue goat tags 215 days after ...... Then we can know which ones were born first so we can dna them .

12 hours we pull all fawns and give them shots, probiotics, tag and send the bucks back out with mom or bottle feed the does. If it your first time tagging a fawn its hard ( you feel bad) but its better then trying to catch them later on and they run into the fence and hurt themselves.

They do not make black in the medium size, must be the large size.

Last year I supplied Dream Ranch with large black tags and they looked really good, best I have seen
