I've had a fawn for the past few weeks who's been doing great
Wonderful eater we haver him on manna pro multi-nuring formula in recent weeks we added 2 table spoons of pumpkin pureed and 2 table spoons of plain yogurt for pro biotics we also try to keep alfalfa hay available. I could find very little information on Fawns to figure out feeding so I started following the bags directions out of fear of feeding too much. The bag says for around 9 weeks to feed 10-12oz every 12 hours for a few days that was fine until her BG dropped to unreadable one night. I brought her to my job which is an emergency hospital we bolused him dextrose and he seemed fine the next day he ate well and again at night same issue I brought him back we've had a very hard time stablizing his BG as well as his temperature. after getting his bg up too high and taking him off fluids 3 hours later it was too low to read again. He is not as inclined to eat as he once was and when his BG drops so does his temp. I am at a loss right now. I'm so attatched to the baby and I just want to see him make it but we are all at a loss here.

We could not get the CBC to run on our machines even under Bovine.
His serum is icteric and DVMs are worried about poss liver issue?
He hasnt gotten into anything that we know of when unattended he lives in an empty bathroom
Any help at all would be so appriciated, I just want this little guy to make it
Last night patient ate 1 full bottle is looking happy as long as on 5% dextrose @25mls/hr
our DVM is talking about euthenasia but I really dont want to go that route if Ic an help it. I love the little guy
