Ok...I brought this up last year...

We have to brain storm about a good way to give these little buggers (Momma Raised fawns)" I have called them other things in the past while trying to give them shots at 16 weeks ".... their boosters, I have not lost any yet!! Knock on wood...With that being said, They have not got the boosters they were due for YET.

Does any one have a good way of doing it? I have solid walls that are 10'5

I am thinking of making it like a creep feeding place where only fawns can fit and running it down like a normal chute operation but at the end having a V-shaped or an H-shaped thing made of foam that slides or squeezes them????? Does anybody have anything like that??? Or any Ideas

we had this same concern last year and had a talk with Lavern Yoder of Yoder Whitetails about it since he makes alot of stuff for us. He designed and built a fawn chute, basically the same as a normal chute but scaled way down so it would hold a fawn. I know he has since made some for other people so you might want to give him a call. 920-296-1337. Good luck.

Assuming you have a chute for your adult deer, you can do what I do: build a box to fit your drop floor that will bring them up to the height where they can run into the chute and then be squeezed.
