Yes i got the real estate flyer in the mail today. Takin offers untill April i believe.Selling everything by the looks of it. To bad really but they have had a good run with deer and may have other projects in mind. Nice place by the looks of it!

We've been to their place many years ago. Very pretty country there in PA. They had just built their office/AI facility and it was very nice. I'm sure they are just ready to retire and do other things. We can relate

Wow, it sure looks like a nice operation and we all know about their blood lines. The bad news is I can't afford it. The good news is, with my day job, I can live anywhere within PA so if someone from out of state (TX) buys this and needs a manager...I'm your guy.

With an operation as big as their's you would not be able to have a day job. I know they had a few different families working the farm and ranch. That place would need 100% hands on every day i'm sure. That would not be a bad day job either in my book.

Will be interesting to see how many bids they get.
Their operation is similar to ours, only I think ours is bigger. We have 3 full time employees in addition to Us, so it takes a lot to keep things going. We have a 250 acre hunting ranch and a 220 acre breeding farm with 45 pens, all with underground water and electricity for automatic water cups. Also have a hunting lodge and a rental property, and out of the EHD zone! So will be interested to see how it goes.
