Just noticed this growth today on a doe. Thought she was growing a pair... Hanging from where her nipple should be. She's eating/drinking and acting normal. What should I do? I think the pictures show it clearly. In Mex so won't be fawning for another month or so.

It appears to be a hernia. It can be fixed, but will require surgery. If she is bred I would let her fawn, pull the babies and after a week or so do the surgery.

Just a quick update. Vet came out yesterday and he recognized it immediately as a 'verruga' or a type of wart that's fairly common. He said they can get enormous but are easily removed. However, as we are close to fawning we decided to leave it as is as long as it is not infected or bleeding. To remove he said you just place an elastic band or tie a string to cut off blood supply and it will dry up and fall off on its own.
