Hearing with Natural Resource Commission Today

We have a hearing with the Iowa Natural Resource Commission today to see if they intend to appeal the judge's Ruling that the Iowa DNR does not have jurisdiction to quarantine our preserve for five years. Last step before we move on to District Court.

In Missouri they would not have that authority. I doubt that they do. I'm betting they will not appeal. It is amazing what happens when you press back. Good luck and let us know if you need anything and what happens. We all need to stick together!!!
