Interesting story about qdma Brian Murphy allegedly killing kittens.

Folks I know that things can be spread on the net by people, but I looked into this and a lady supplied PETA with some info regarding a incident that happened a few years ago in Ky. I know PETA is not a friend to any of us hunters or outdoorsman but when it comes to a form of cruelty to animals I don't care who you are that's  just a down sorry *** person. I took some time to check it out and do some fact checking and see if there is any truth to it, and evidently there is,So this is the way the story goes. 


 


The former Game Trails ranch in ranch in Ky that was run by Greg Ritz was also having the qdma bunch do some consultations for them as we all know. But before all the legal trouble started at Game Trails,  Brian Murphy was riding in a Suburban with several guys that worked there .One was Jeff Ritz ,Greg Ritz Brother, Jeff was the driver of the Suburban The guides had a stray cat that had kittens and was around the lodge area and they supposedly found homes for 1 or 2 kittens but the decided to take the cat and kittens away from the lodge and bring them to a hay barn and release them there .Now this is supposedly the way the story went, the driver of the suburban had to stop on Bells Mine Rd, Brian then went to the back of the Suburban and got the box of kittens and dumped them in the middle of the road and stomped their heads and killed them and then kicked them in the ditch. The guy driving the truck said Murphy just went stupid and said that they just kill quail and small game and ranted away like he lost his mind. Again I don't put much faith in Peta but did get pretty good conformation that it did happen and here is a guy that's supposed to be a big time conservation leader and now hear that he did some stupid crap like that. Someone should have turned him in if that was the case . I don't care who you are cruelty to a animal by beating on it or bodily harm, starving it or what is just wrong and someone should have kicked the guys *** for doing something like that.. Great job qdma !!!


 


Its gonna be interesting to see what the PETA people protest or publish about it. If that's the way it went down then the guy gets his just rewards.  Any body else heard anything about this incident?

QDMA banned me.  This is the exact message I got from QDMA when I tried to send Terry Singeltary another private message through their forums website:

I don't think you guys realize how hard it is to prove a defamation case.  I have tried some law suits with the DNR and none were easy and most only made my lawyer money.  I personally feel our system is broke.

Looks like I'm not the only one that has been targeted by Mr. Singletary's blogs.  He has ignored alot of the truth, again, just to provoke a reaction.

Terry Singletary — A retired machinist and high school dropout, Terry Singletary suffered the tragic loss of his mother to “sporadic� Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) in 1997. Desperate to find an explanation for his mother’s death, he has devoted himself to the sad and fruitless task of connecting her death to her diet. Various reports confirm that Mrs. Singletary’s life was claimed by the most common sub-type of CJD (one that accounts for 70 percent of “sporadic� cases). Sporadic CJD, unlike its newer “variant,� is not linked to meat.


As the self-appointed international coordinator of CJD Watch, an organization he co-founded with social worker Deborah Oney, Singletary is cited in media reports as an apparent expert on tracking mad cow disease. This despite his lack of formal education and the absence for support from any credible academic, medical or scientific authority. His sensationalist allegations about the safety of U.S. beef have found their way into hundreds of newspapers and broadcasts. Singletary moderates a mad-cow discussion forum run by a vegetarian activist group; his contributions account for more than half the traffic on the “BSE-L� mailing list, which is generally read by real scientists. Animal rights activists and other food-scare artists frequently refer to him as “Dr. Terry Singletary,� apparently an honorary degree as he has yet to finish high school.


Like many activists, Singletary ignores overwhelming epidemiological and laboratory evidence that rules out a connection between sporadic CJD and beef. Relying entirely on shallow circumstantial evidence and frequent repetition of claims which have been publicly refuted as false, he also blindly insists upon a mad-cow with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Lou Gehrig’s disease. His specific allegations have been clearly refuted by Centers for Disease Countrol and Prevention scientists in the journal Neurology.

Mr. Murphy may be on opposite side of his egalitarian ObomaDeer buddies with his kitten stomping tirade. I can't see where that fits under the umbrella of their socialist wildlife management model. Only a wimp would feel the need to stomp a helpless animal to prove their manhood to a truck load of hunting piers. Hope he gets nailed for it!

Its not always about the person but the act the may have done, In this instance it probably may be both..   Also you can see look up who received federal fines that were levied against them from all the misbehavior that went on behind the scene at game trails place !!!   Rhonda there are several of us that have had disagreements with the Flounder as he goes by on a couple forums( Singleterry :wacko  He has even been asked to meet in person in open media to debate all his non sense and he just does his reverse tactics and tries to take focus off of him and redirect the question and then spam and reblog the same stuff over and over.If your gonna produce information make it whole and not single sided. I feel for the loss of a parent  as my own mother passed away and had Alzheimers , But have never started blaming deer farms, grocery stores, cattle producers, pig farms, etc..like he has. Guy has a serious OCD problem .


 


But I think it funny that a animal rights activist group finds out about  animal abuse on a qdma founder guy. Just shows you anyone can make mistakes just some make real stupid ones that may come back one day and bite them in the *** someday .It takes a pretty sorry person to do something like that to a animal.  

I am not a cat lover but that was selfish and cruel.

I mow the grass, build the shelters, do the planting, bottle feed their babies and clean up their $hit. During all this time they stand around and look at me waiting to see what I will provide next. I have never received any help from one of them! They also get free medical care and regular vet inspections. To top it all off, they have government officials come around to tell me what else I should or should not do!
