Between this year and last, I'm noticing a trend that I'm not liking very much. Seems to me that any fawn born right before, during or right after bad weather has a much higher mortality rate. They seem to do great for for 3-5 days, and then are just gone the next. My thought is pneumonia. I'm thinking of giving a shot of antibiotics to every fawn born in those conditions. Good idea? Bad idea? What to give? How much to give? Any other opinions on what it could be? Thanks Wade
