Concerning a 3 yr old buck of mine that is sick. He has significant weight loss and is somewhat lethargic. He has been treated with Draxxin 10 days ago. Knocking him down today. I have NuFlor and Tetradure that I can give him. After all this talk about Tetradure being a broader spectrum antibotic, I am wondering whether to use Tetradure instead of Nu Flor. I have Nu flor already drawn into a syringe, but want to use what anybody with more experience thinks knowing my buck's symptoms.

NuFlor or Tetradure? If NuFlor and Draxxin have similar properties, (I don't know) would I be better to use Tetradure cause I can always dart later with Draxxin? I am leaving town today by 1 pm.

Thanks in advance

Mark

Mark, we need more information. Does he have scours or pellets? How do his eyes and ears look? When you get him down, take his temperature. There are a lot of variables and it is too hard to guess at it from across the pen. If you can give some more details, we will see if we can help. Good luck.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but don't nuflor and tetracycline products react with each other? Draxxin can be given in combo with tetracycline and they enhance each other.
