The Missouri Vaccine is all gone! There will be no more until we have dead deer to make a new batch. SAD..... but thats the way the way the goverment works

Try contacting Prof. Clifford Shipley at the University of Illinois Champaign (Large Animal Clinic). You'll find his contact info on line if you google him. Great guy.

Wayne and anyone else interested, with the other running out we are gettin our own vaccine made from the type 2 that hit us two years ago. It should be finished by the first of may, it is type 2 only which I believe may be the deadlines of the strains. The price should be about $250 per bottle fist come first serve with a limited amount of bottles. We can order more but it takes 10 to 12 weeks.

We have had some calls for our EHD type 2 vaccine lately so what supply we had is dwindling down. I guess the isolates that we had for our strain will be going out of date also and don't know if they will give us an extension or not so we may not be able to make more. If anyone is interested let me know. Also it is approved to go into Ohio because it has no Blue tonge types in it.

We have not done any extensive testing on our vaccine, just using it for two years and not being hit again, (knock on wood). Talking with people when we had it made we were told that with just one strain in the vaccine we should see a greater protection against that strain. I am no expert but for as cheap as it is per dose it is a no brainer for us
