We are Wondering how soon after we AI can we move our deer from one farm to another they would be in a trailer for about 2.5 hrs

we also have some does we need to sell and maybe 2 bucks

if you want any info on them email me i will also post more about them in the venders form Thanks Nick

I would not move AI'd girls any sooner than 45-60 days after AI at the earliest. The basic consensus is that the embryo is well enough attached after 30 days, but I would not personally take a chance of moving them that soon. You wait all year to syncronize your does, darting and handling multiple times, for that one chance to make it stick... just not worth adding any extra pressure if you can help it.

Good luck.

We plan to move two doe's as soon as the A.I. is done. Take them off the table and put them in the trailer before we wake them up. They are going less than 30 mile's.

I have always stuck to the rule of wait at least 2 months if possible. RLAwhitetails, I have seen several times very poor success rates when moving does right after breeding. If it is an option for you, I would certainly recommend you holding them at the AI facility as long as possible.

Just my 2cents,

What if you just trussed them up real good like they do gators ,then go for it. Lots of black tape.

We moved 6 ai'ed does from minesotta to florida last christmas. They were bred nov 15. All but 1 gave birth.
