Hello everyone! My deer are pets.... I’ve given up on the fairytale of making money on them at this point! With that said, I am saddened to see the poor deer in the mud around the feeders all the time! What is everyone else doing to keep them high and dry? I thought of gravel.... but thought it would be to hard on their feet. I also thought of stone dust.... the neighbor has it for their horse arena and seems to stay pretty nice. I did use some pea gravel, but it all just sank into the mud. Thanks for any advice!
