As you can see everyone has a different method to stopping the runs. You need to slow down and stop giving her everything under the sun in a few days period of time. Her system has no idea what all the different things are that you are giving.
Also if you have an issue in MN it is most likely completely different than the ones I may have here in PA. At least from a bacterial perspective.
#1--Identify the problem. Bacterial vs. Viral, over eating, etc.
#2--Fecal test. This is the most important thing. Now that she has been treated with a variety of things this is difficult.
#3--Many times when they have the runs just keeping them hydrated is good and it helps them to purge out the bad stuff.
Good Luck

We've had Crypto in our fawns two years in a row and it gave them horrible scours. We followed the advice of our vet and other deer farmers and tried pretty much all of the remedies that were mentioned above and nothing worked for us. I googled and found the All Natural Correction, ordered some and within 2 days our fawns were gelled up. We're NEVER without it! (Note: it gels quickly so you have to feed right after putting in the bottle. And it has clumps in it so you have to make the nipple hole larger to avoid the nipple hole clogging) ...just an FYI in case nothing else works for you...
